I got my implant 2 months ago. I can't cum during intercourse but can when I masturbate. Will it get better with time?
TIA
Jim

I'm into my 7th week and can't orgasm either. Masterbation or not. Not even pre cum showing up.
Just another item on my list for Wednesday

I was struggling with inability to climax prior to implant, maybe 50% of the time with failure. By the 6-8 month it seemed to get better. Now 2 years in I’m having issues again. Don’t think it’s the implant, just age and losing sensitivity.

HAD ( past tense ) the same problem. Couldn't cum with sex or masturbation. I beat that thing like it owed me money......nothing. Then 3 or 4 months post op , it happened. IT STILL WORKS !!! I think it's just part of the healing process. Nerves have to heal , glans needs to heal .....be patient and don't panic .

One year later, still no orgasm PIV. I can masturbate to completion or with blow jobs, just not in the vagina.

Glad to hear that cause I keep trying to get off with no success. Might as well be rubbing my arm.....God I hope this part of my life isn't gone forever.

I was already sensitive before surgery. I feel like i lost some sensitivity but not much..and im not cut. ill say this. if i have orgasm 3 times a week,,its harder to come,,if i just chill the sensitivity comes back,,it just takes a lil more to finish..but on the plus side...my orgasm last a lil longer now if i hold my breath,,Ive always practiced holding my breath just a lil,,,i feel like i get a 2 to 3 second delay on either the first contraction or the 2 nd and it feels great, better than before i had implant..

I'm now at the six-week mark post-surgery, and I'm happy to share that I was able to have my first orgasm – what a relief!
