I’m 10 weeks post op. Before implant, I had big thick hard mushroom. After implant, it doesn’t get engorged any more. Smaller, skinnier, soft.

Will the blood flow return?
Should I be considering daily Cialisis or Trimix gel? Are these even effective with guys with implants?

Wait it out. You're only two and a half months in.

Yup, give it time. Nerves take a long time to heal. Took me almost 6 months to get there.

if you don't get improvement in 6 mos, just pm me for lots of remedies

Daily 5mg Cialis would be highly advisable along with using a VED. You have to follow proper VED usage technique though. Discuss with your urologist.

I asked my doc about using a VED but he stressed not to....still not back to pre op length or girth. Plus using Tadalafil to help with circulation. Any suggestions?

So after two years you still haven’t recovered your pre-implant size? How much did you lose roughly?

Lost close to half inch to inch on girth and length, some days less some days more, trying to see if using a VED is even worth the try at this point. Or possibly looking into another surgery to see if doc didn't size correctly. Can't get erection full, still have loose skin after pumping fully. Before when I got erections skin was pulled so tight that can't couldn't scratch it as the saying goes.

If it was sized correctly, there should not be any space for the skin to pull loose. The skin and the capsula, it all should be tight around the cylinders, like you see in my pics here https://de.pornhub.org/album/78532481.
Ask your doc about his opinion.
