Size difference
Before my implant I'd say I was alot smaller in girth especially. Right now I'm about 6" length and about 5" girth. What's weird is I'm not round like you'd think, it's more oval shape. Is this normal. I'd figure if I wasn't oval maybe I'd have more girth. I'm satisfied with my look but wish I had more. I cycle everyday and have made tremendous gains in 11 months. My first implant i was only 4" length and maybe 4" girth solid say ive made improvements but want more.
Re: Size difference
what implant do you have?
my titan is also very oval in shape for both cylinders. Do you have any Peyronie's disease - indent, bend? All of my indent was improved with titan alone, but took incision of the scar to get the penis completely straight.
I recently underwent a pump change due to broken tubing, I feel like for whatever reason it is easier to pump and I'M getting more pumps in there. For me doesn't matter since for the wife she can only handle 80-90% inflated, 100% hurts. But in terms of further gains in length and girth may help? I did ask my surgeon recently about this - he said that cycling can help initially especially in the first 6-12 months in restoring most of your pre-surgery size, but recommended against aggressive cycling after 1 year or more just because he thinks it creates some micro-damage to the implant components and more likely to fail. But he was more than happy to recommend as much sex as possible hah

Re: Size difference
If I simply pump up to the max with no stimulation I’m very much oval. If I get stimulation from the wife or myself it fills out a lot underneath and a little on top giving me a normal as I can remember it before
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

I still use cialis on sex days or if I plan on doing any kind of pleasure. It definitely makes things fill out much better.

i was just thinking about this today. currently 3 months out from surgery, and i feel like the shape of my penis feels less circular compared to before surgery.
i think the cylinder shape is also making it that way. i have peyronies and also a narrow penis, but when im fully aroused, it seems to be less of a problem.
congrats on your gains btw, what was your cycling routine?
30 y/o. 10+ years of ED. Implanted Titan 20 cm + 1cm RTE 8/13/2024.
