If they are skinny jeans you will see the bulge. I’m about 5-1/2” flaccid and it’s not soft so it shows a little. I wear separatec underwear. One style is loose and one style is supportive. If I wear a loose shirt with tail out it just don’t matter. You have to get used to being a shower….. end of story.

I wear jeans all the time. Admittedly, I avoid tight pants. I’m still(!) searching for underwear that offer proper support.

I can get away with loose jeans, no underwear. But that’s the exception. Everything else will show bulge, unless I wear tight underwear.

Vanta underwear is great. They have a pocket that supports and holds my "boys" and is so comfortable. I used to have to keep adjusting my goolies, but not since buying these.

Can tight underwear affect the lifespan of the implant?

I've worn cotton boxer briefs since my implant. Not too tight, not too loose. I wear jeans every day, although they are "old man" jeans, elastic waistband and slightly baggy. Those are the only pants I wear that do not show my bulge.
Can't say if tight pants would lead to early failure of the implant. I do know you probably won't tolerate tight pants in the first few months anyway.

I have a Titan, wear the same thing as before.
Jeans yes, bikini briefs yes, sweats yes.
I may show a little more, but deflated it folds down same as my original penis.
Swim suite no problem.
If you pump up becuase you don't like dog ears, or some other reason, then ya.... going to show.
I just keep totally deflated and don't have any issues.
