vacuum pump after implant

Is it useful to use a vacuum pump after prosthesis placement to gain size? I was thinking about using it but I don't know if I use the vacuum pump first and then activate the prosthesis or vice versa. I doubt I will gain much length since I have a flaccid glans but I still need to gain 1.5 cm in thickness to be where I was.

My doctor recommended using my penis pump with the prosthesis activated to improve the blood flow to my glans. After the surgery, my glans felt cool to the touch. My size before and after surgery has remained approximately the same.

Wait, you asking about using it after it's activated? Because sure, days after implant and before activated no need to do anything.

If you mean should you use VED consistently throughout recovery then yes because that should solve the problem of you not expecting much.

Use VED before and after implant. First to regain your size from prior to ED. That allows surgeon to give you best sized device to meet your natural, real dick you had as a horney 22 year old. VEDs after implant are good because new devices are capable of expanding and VEDs let's them expand and stretch the tissue to give the devices more space.

There's lots of research. Here's some:

I probably don't understand myself well because of the translator I use. My question is whether the procedure is to use VED with the prosthesis deactivated to do the suction and then activate the prosthesis or how do you use it?

Oh, i think by deactivated and activated you mean cycling and inflate/deflate. You can do either. Most people use VEDs erect or pumped up, but I also occasionally used one while flaccid because exercises in lots of angles are good.
