Coloplast Titan Deflation Small Amt Liquid in Cylinders

Hey guys,

I had a Coloplast Titan implanted on 10/28. My surgeon inflated/deflated with no issues three times at my post op on Wed, November 20. I also was able to get the device to work in the office.

I cycled yesterday and this morning and the inflation and deflation are generally fine. Inflation is rock hard and it deflates. However, there is a small amount of fluid left in the cylinders no matter how much I deflate. I’ve already reached out to my surgeon to follow up but wondered if this was something anyone else has experienced.

Thanks in advance!

It’s an art to deflate fully especially when it’s new. Try squeezing it with one hand and if that’s not stuffy then squeeze with one hand and push into towards your body at the same time. This is normal in my opinion and definitely gets much better as the cylinders break in and get much softer. After 10-12 months I can deflate mine to the point that my dick looks malformed! Completely flat and flimsy. I generally don’t deflate completely now…. Just to the point it looks normal. I hold deflate and bend it over my finger just a little and go from there. Might adjust it off and on thru the day if I notice it’s bulging a little or if it feels too flat.

I deflate and then squeeze my pecker while holding the deflate button, then I usually pump 1or2 times to seat the valve, this has been the way I do it for both the Titan and the AMS LGX I have now,

Thank you bionic brothers for the responses! I really appreciate it. It’s just small amount of liquid after deflation and the device is brand new and it’s not uncomfortable- I just thought it was odd to have any liquid in there. I have an appt with my surgeon on Thursday to get it looked at just in case but feel better after seeing your responses.

What you are seeing is 100% normal. Over time, you will also start thinking about exactly how you want it. Bathing suit with kids nearby? I'm squeezing the shit out of that thing. I want it as flat as possible even if does look a little scrunched up and deformed. Ain't nobody gonna see it. Date night? I want it a bit plumper. Date that's going well? How full can I make it without actually tenting my pants. After a while, it becomes second nature.

Dr Clavell warned me there are two things never to do with an implant, use injections or push the cylinders into the body. He had a recent patient break part of the implant doing this.

Perito stated in some of his earlier videos to do this. I used this method for first 8-10 months and then it hit so soft that it wasn’t necessary and I actually add some to it if I declare too much…
