Just read the surgical notes for my procedure 5 days ago and I had a heck of a congenital ventral curve that Dr. Clavell had to deal with. 50 degrees down and 20 to the right. I never knew it was that much as it never caused any problems with vaginal penetration.
He was able to get the downward curve to less than 20 degrees and I appear to be pointed straight now with the partial erection I have until I see the Doc at the end of December.
I also did a measurement and have right at 6 inches in length and 5 inches of girth, but still a bit of swelling and a ton of bruising with the partial erection.

61 years old,T2 since 2008, ED since 2010. Pills have stopped working and not interested in shots. Implanted 11/20/2024 by Dr. Calvell with AMS 700 CX 21cm+1cm RTE
Re: Heck of a congenital curve
I also went through the same thing. After my surgery my Dr told me that I had a 45 degree congenital curve upwards.
It never caused any problems for me either before surgery.
I'm told to not inflate it in full and work gradually up.
