I still experience pain with the IPP during sexual activity; this kills my arousal leading to even greater pain due to the consequent relaxing of engorgement. It's not immediate but happens as the action goes on. I really don't want to have to keep popping Ibuprofen every time I want to orgasm.
Shouldn't this have stopped by now? I'm otherwise healthy, but this is making me want to call off sex entirely (if you can believe that).
F1, I was in the same boat with a lot of pain in my glans for many months. I agree with the other guys that have replied to your post to give it time and it will get better. I did the warm baths also to stretch the tissue, I would pump up to 70 percent bend it in all directions for about 5 minutes and then I would pump to the max and see how long I could stand the discomfort in the very warm bath. I would do this about 3 to 4 times a week in our big garden tub, while my wife would walk in the mornings. We're empty nesters, so I didn't have to worry about kids.
It took about a year before I could go over an hour with not discomfort toward the last couple minutes of being pumped to the max.
It gets better every week, but you're right, it gets a little frustrating when you hear guys having sex at 3 weeks and not having any pain.
I still cycling in the shower and I'm now at 3 years out from surgery, to keep everything stretched.
Good Luck F1,
SWorks
