flaccid glans

Now I see that the flaccid glans is a problem yesterday and the day before I had sex a night after 3 months of surgery, this girl I dated is a good person, she didn't tell me anything but I noticed how she struggled to insert the penis due to the flaccid glans. It was a meter and the glans simply bent backwards, being inside there was not that much of a problem but it is definitely difficult to insert it.
Is there anything I can do to improve this or is it to implant again?

Is this 100% inflated? and does your glans engorge when you're aroused?

If that is 100% inflated, it looks like you were undersized as the tips of the cylinders don't even reach the glans.
Are you able to pull the penis skin down, so the tips of the cylinders reach the glans?

My glans does swell when I succeed but it is not firm enough and when I try to insert it it bends I have another photo where I point out where the cylinders feel
If I pull the skin down, it feels like the cylinders are entering the glans more.

You can complain something to the doctor or you just have to put up with it, the bad thing that not even studies made me literally was something like how you want to have a revision, I don't even think about it and the next day I already had surgery

When you pull it down, it looks good, but than for sure, it is undersized and you should talk with your doc, if you don't want to have it this way.
