I have a flaccid glans after the implant, it does not hold up and bends in all directions.
The question here is what should I do or what's next? Can you complain about that to the doctor? will take care of this problem because I spent a lot of money on this implant. I am from Mexico and the insurance does not cover here. I pay 420 thousand pesos and sadly I cannot afford a replacement.

One point that I think is key is that no study was performed before the surgery, only a review the day we met and the next day I had surgery

as told before in your other post, you'll need to speak with your doc, if he is willing to replace it with a larger implant.
It looks undersized and it won't change.

I think the better questions for you to ask yourself is how skilled was your dr? Does he have the skill to do it correctly a second time or third? How many chances will you give him?

It seems you paid over 20 thousand dollars (if my conversion is correct), you could have gone to some of the top implanters in USA for that money. If you are scared about language, you can do it with Clavell, he is a native spanish speaker (from Puerto Rico), and one of the top implanters in USA.

You should get a second opinion from another doctor if you havent already. If you don't speak english, you can try Clavell, he does online consultations.

Also, you can try getting an MRI of your implant if you can afford it, i got one for myself and it clearly shows where my implant tips end and where my corpus cavernosa ends.
