In what way do you mean not natural? I'm not yet implanted and I am a little worried about how it will feel and if it would be better to try harder to make injections work instead.

Implant is the way to go. Injections stopped working for me. Plus terrible headaches.

Maybe this will cheer you up. I'm 19 months post implant. Works great, no problems thus no regrets. But slowly I've developed some residual engorgement. Like waking up this morning. My mind wandered. I noticed that I was begining to feel an erection starting. Several members have commented on getting some natural engorgement after getting their IPP. For me, it came back slowly. Not enough for sex but I definitely know something is stirring around. Even sometimes I need to adjust things because it just isn't fitting right.

Here's something I noticed. You know that quick squeeze you can do on the pump to prevent autoinflation? Sometimes I don't do that, on purpose, and — with my pump at least — I'll often get some inflation after. At first I was annoyed, because I thought there was supposed to be some backflow valve that prevented that. "Damn Titan!"

But then I thought it might be fun to experiment, so I tried not doing the "lock pump" on purpose, and it worked. My dick did grow a bit over time. Kind of randomly. I wonder if it depends on my internal pressure? I did it one evening, and my cock was nicely plump when I woke up. Almost like the old days!

This probably depends on your pump situation. What I've noticed is that my "one touch" Titan pump seldom goes into drain mode easily. I have to squeeze the release extra hard while I'm squeezing my cock at the same time. I relax the release while I'm still squeezing my cock, and then it's more likely to go into "keeps draining mode." And that's when I can either do the "lock pump" to reset the valve or just leave it open so that it can re-inflate.

The one thing I've noticed is that after doing this, letting it stay open for a while, the pump can often be harder to squeeze the first time after. The first time I was freaked, but now I'm used to it. It just takes an extra firm "two-thumb press".
