Bent penis after revision

Hello,
I underwent revision for a titan a little over 6 weeks ago and started cycling. I will explain details in some other post.
When flaccid I can bend my penis in any direction without problem. However, if I inflate my prosthesis, mayby 60-80%, I cannot do more due to pain, the penis weirdly points down and to the left. The penis/prosthesis is normal in the body and at the base and 3-4 cm outside of the body there is sudden sharp drop, mayby 40 -45 degrees. Did you also have this problem when you started cycling? What did you do to remedy it? I did not have this problem with my prior prosthesis and the revision went good.
Best regards

I understand but I dont like posting personal info too much. My surgeon was very high volume, thousands in his life, center of excellence for ams, coloplast and rigicon.

thank goodness I'm at a high volume, mine too at a high volume, I see writing and hear from the surgeon that the operation went well, then I see more problems, successful operations, who is missing 1" who can see the tube , to those whose tips reach the end of the glans, to those whose prosthesis hurts, not to mention the endless breakages, fortunately they are "high volume" if you ask a urologist who does 2 implants a year, he will tell you that he does 150 every 'year

My penile is bent due to my large girth over 7 inches girth erect . This is normal, most penises are curved

Yes, the force of gravity will bend the penis down. But the angle is very unusal for me, its sharp.
