Hello, after many years of jelqing i have fibrosis in my tunica that is increasing all the time and making my dick smaller, the last 3 years have been the worst so far and i feel like that in 5 years my dick will be a little stick if i dont do something. I hate seeing it continually lose size…

you don't get a kidney transplant just because your kidneys don't function as well as they did when you were a kid. If they're working, you keep them.

There are risks to ANY surgery, and although these implants are wonderful, they're not an OEM penis. If implants enhanced a natural erection, you'd see them happening all over the place, they don't...they're an excellent answer to the devastating effects of untreatable ED.

You can always get an implant when the time comes, and maybe the technology then will be even better than it is now. I'd work with what you have while you can.

Go see a urologist to see if there is any treatments you can take for this. Continuing your regime is probably a BAD idea.

Whats with this Alpha male stuff? If you think a dick is what makes an Alpha male, you are absolutely mistaken. For one, I don't buy in to the "Alpha Male" thing. I'll say this. Personality goes a long way, and having a good personality and being comfortable with yourself will go much further than having a big dick. I've met plenty of people with big dicks and ALL but a very small few of them were absolute assholes who were full of themselves. Don't focus on what you DON'T have - focus on what you DO have - a working dick. Man - I'd give anything to have a naturally working dick. But I can't have that - so I make do with what I do have.

Focus on what your partner wants, not on what you THINK they want. Again - being comfortable with yourself and being able to understand people will take you farther than having a big dick.

My guess is you won't need an implant if your dick still works. Size isn't everything. If it stops working, then I'd worry. Don't jump the gun thinking implants are the answer to all problems. They only solve SOME problems and to me it doesn't sound like you have that problem yet. I'd be grateful in that case.

1) Did you get confirmation on this? There's a study (I'll see if I can find it) where a small sample was able to reverse Peyronies--which is fibrosis--using high-dose antioxidant therapy. It took about three years, but it was able to reverse fibrosis completely without surgical intervention. When I find the study, I'll PM it to you.

2) Yeah, this "alpha" shit is like a buzzword now. Look, lifting weights and fucking chicks is great, lots of personal benefits to be had--but I don't think this makes you an "alpha." Focus on achieving a leadership position if you want to be an "alpha," and once there, don't become a fucking asshole. "Alphas" lift other men up; they don't tear them down.

Penile Traction Therapy (PTT) has been shown to maintain and even increase penile length. Vacuum pumping if done correctly can main healthy penis tissues.
