Once you've got the implant, is it safe to jerk off without lube using your hand, or is that a no-no with the implant due to erosion/displacement complications and tissue health?

I personally don't like lubricants for hand solo play alone and really curious.

I guess if you are really aggressive, i.e. death grip or something, maybe but generally I am three years out and no issues (recently had my annual with Eid). Wank away!
