Yeah - I would bet that the swelling is due to 'movement' of the resevoir.
I've had several surgeries that required implantation of foreign material into my body and my first surgeon (back) made a comment that stuck with me. The BEST thing you can do is move around with your implant so your body can acclimate to it's presense early. It also helps with the healing process.
Now - I'm not saying cycle on day 2, nor am I saying run a marathon, but movement, palpating, and in general not taking it TOO easy has been key - - for me. Consult with your doctor to be sure.
ALWAYS check with your doctor first.
yeah did my first cycle on monday, couldnt touch it on tuseday, pretty sure one of my testie's tubes is attached to my deflate button and deflating bruises it, then did another cycle last night, was able to get more pumps in than the first time around, holding the inflate for 30 mins then releasing. I wish i could get hold of my doctor they seemed to have abandoned me lol, i sent an email off last week, didnt get a reply, sent another one off this week also haven't had a reply. God forbid if i do get anything that needs any kind of urgency.
I have been given no instructions on how i should be cycling, how many times a day or anything, the NHS aftercare is truly terrible and the christmas period certainly isnt helping as everyones taking time off around this period.
Best i can do right now is keep an eye on it, its certainly giving me more pain today than it has usually. i am praying its something little i am in the "danger zone" now for infections ect. These things start showing them self typically in week 3 to 4 which im bang in the middle of now so im slightly paranoid as you'd expect.
