Incision Locations???

Just out of curiosity, I'd like to know where other guys have their implant incisions. I'm a prostate cancer patient (in durable remission, thank goodness), and have previous surgical scars in my pelvis area which may have left my implant surgeon with limited options. I ended up with two horizontal incisions for my implant. The first was a 2.5 - 3 inch incision across the upper part of my scrotum. The second was a 6 inch incision above my pubic bone. The scrotal incision healed surprisingly quickly and is now nearly impossible to see. The larger pubic incision was much slower to heal, and will probably always be somewhat noticeable. So, for my bionic brothers, how many incisions did you require and where? Oh, and how well have your scars healed over time?

My sugeon used seprate incision for the saline sac placement. The horizontal scrotal one looked kind of gnarly and I thought it would be noticeable but once healed and a lttle time passed I can't see either one.

Yeah, I was impressed by how quickly the scrotal incision healed. But my pubic incision is still noticeable after nine months. How long ago was your procedure?

Both my failed ones were penoscrotal and only 1 incision where the "sack" hits the penis. And yes both times they healed up fast and Dr Hakky who I'm using for this third revision says he had a hard time seeing where the incision was. Dr Hakky says the scrotal incisions heal very fast and leave basically no sign of surgery.

How soon is your third revision surgery?
I wish I could have had just the scrotal incision. Like yours, it's pretty much undetectable! But my much larger pubic incision will likely always be visible. But, given how well the implant is working, that's a trade-off I'm happy to make!

I had infrapubic about 1-1/2” just above my penis. Had very little to no swelling in my scrotum afterwards and aided in quick use of the equipment. I do have a very fine white line of a scar just above my penis. Barely noticeable if looking directly at it. This was the only incision used in the surgery. Had stitches and drain removed at 11-12 days after surgery and was told I could gradually start pumping as long as I could deflate. Had first sex just less than 3 weeks after surgery but it was very uncomfortable to say the least! Just got better every time after that. Been 2.5 years now and going strong!

Infrapubic. One small incisions, horizontal, about one inch or so above base of shaft. Small hole for drain which was pulled out the day after surgery. Both sealed with surgical glue and I could get in a bathtub after 3 days. Very little swelling, scar from surgery impossible to see.
I chose infrapubic because it would provide faster recovery, which it did, and less trouble with the incisions. I was cycling within a week of surgery. Sex approved at 3 weeks but too uncomfortable until a couple weeks later.
Overall, very small incision.

Close to 2 years now and I do see a slight discoloration but nothing like a scar. Can't remember how long it took to get to that point.

I only have 1 scrotal incision and he cut at the seam between both balls.
Once healed. 100% invisible that I had any type of surgery.
Other doctors cut above the pubic bone and I didn't want that. I am not a hairy guy so would have been visible.
