Got implanted early friday morning in Germany with Coloplast Titan Touch 20cm + 1 cm RTE. (Dr. Leiber-Caspers).

Friday and Saturday were brutal pain wise and I needed heavy opiod medication like Dipidolor. But it got better from day to day. Big let down was sufebril temperature I got early Saturday evening which went up to 38.3 Grad Celsius. I totally obsessed about losing the implant before even having a chance to use it the night sleep was pure horror.

Sunday morning the temperature was only subfebril again and now I'm fine. Soreness is still heavy but manageable, walking is hard and looks like I got hit by a truck. Still i wanna leave the hospital tomorrow, room neighbours are nice but snoring like hell hounds.

But the moment I saw the fully pumped dick the first time on saturday after docs removed pressure tape was so fucking great. Looked exactly like my old dick but seriously girthier, def. some swelling but I think I'm gonna be so happy with it. Lengthwise looked about the same like my old dick.

Was an avid reader here in the months before being implanted! Thanks for all the usefull information.

I‘m glad to hear this. Dr. Leiber is not only an excellent surgeon but a wonderful person too. My implant or shoukd I say my dick is still doing a great job.

I could leave the hospital today and am lying on my couch whith and ice pack on my dick, notebook in my lap and being just happy.

Took a Tilidin this morning so no pain right now and I think I can switch to Ibuprofen 400 for the next day. On friday I have an checkup appointment to check everything is healing well.

Activation date is early february until then I'm not allowed to pump or manipulate my dick in any way.

Yeah, I always felt in best hands with Dr. Leiber. But all the staff in Krefeld was so nice on my 3 stationary days. Great hospital and people!

Congrats! I went though the process last year with Dr. Leiber as well. To me he’s an excellent surgeon and a great person! I would always go back to him!

Thanks for you message. Tried to conact you via pm but that didn't work out saying "user doesn't exist".

Also thanks for your journey thread which was inspiring in it's detail.

My question: When the removed the pressure tape one day post OP my dick looked like it didn't lose any length (15 cm before ED) but no being deflated it's only 12 cm.
Coloplast Titan doesn't expand in length when inflating is what they say but for sure the penis strechtes in length when you're pumping it up to the max.
Maybe you could tell me your size difference between deflated and totally inflated.
