Wish you tired injections?
Wish you tired injections?
Has anyone here who hasn’t tired injections wish they did after getting an implant? With compromised blood flood, it won’t be as warm like what you would get with injections.

Strange to say it but i'd rather have someone cut open my penis and remove my corperal bodies and replace them with silicone water balloons before stabbing my self with a needle there every time i wanna get jiggy with it. Truth be told i didnt even entertain the idea but i did have a doppler before getting recommened for the surgery it was one of the most uncomfortable things i had done, i didnt even get an erection. it was bad venus leakage. so chances are slim they would of worked for me either way.
TLDR, i'm happy with the implant albiet im only 4 weeks in.

I can tell no difference in the warmth of my penis with my implant vs. non-implant. Glans has good blood flow also.
61 years old,T2 since 2008, ED since 2010. Pills have stopped working and not interested in shots. Implanted 11/20/2024 by Dr. Calvell with AMS 700 CX 21cm+1cm RTE

I see you were implanted recently so can believe it. The tissue will atrophy slowly over the years and there will be reduced blood flow in some, wondering if this will be true say after 10 more years.
Re: Wish you tired injections?
Shouldn't the first step be to find out the optimal Trimix dose that will give someone an erection?
Many places dish out a useless baby dose, do a Doppler test, diagnose a venous leak (VL), and bill the insurance.
Is this just another diagnostic scam?

This is what I see for Trimix:
Sex or masturbation only 3 times a week.
Isn't this too restrictive?
-DO NOT use more than 1 injection in 24 hours
-DO NOT give yourself another injection if the medication dose does not work
-You can inject up to 3 times per week, as long as there is more than 24 hours between doses.

As someone who tried injections before the implant, I also wish I didn't try injections first lol. Not at all worth the anxiety, and the pain of implant recovery has so far been a lot easier than the continuous pain and anxiety about injections — will it work this time? what will I do it it doesn't? etc. etc. etc.

Does anyone know from an experienced Urologist what percentage of men who use Trimix long-term develop signs of Peyronie's disease? Uncle Billy Bob used Trimix for 40 years, which is certainly inspiring, but I'm sure some percentage of men end up with Peyronie's.

This is the problem. What if you're single and want to either jerk off or have sex 2 or 3 times a day?
Re: Wish you tired injections?
I did injections and would rather have skipped them and gone right to the implant - would have saved myself a LOT of down time.
