Has anyone ever injured their sensory ligament (pull, strain, tear)? Did you let it heal or surgically repair? How has progress been?

Do you think you’ve injured it recently? What did Clavell say about it?

Unstable / wobbly base and fat pad. They can shift a few inches in any direction. Base is weakest point of erection. There seems to be a gap between base and fat pad. Ligament is supposed to hold up base. But I feel base and fat pad sagging. I can’t have doggy or cowgirl due to buckling (and penis flops out during intercourse) and pain. Pain has gotten worse at base throughout the day. I believe pain is affecting engorgement, and cycling progress (girth, fullness, hardness). Implant hardness can be described as 70%

Those are my symptoms pre-implant. I wonder if I tore mine.

Are you satisfied with implant results? Do you think it’s at full potential?

I had a ligament injury prior to my implant, which was the reason i needed an implant later on.
I had the same unstable base issue.

I got ligament repair surgery prior to implant with Dr. David Ralph in London. He told me my suspensory ligament was actually in tact but a bit loose. I believe my injury was more to the fundiform ligament. Anyway, the surgery helped stabilize my erection.

Now after implant my erection is stable and i don't have any issues with it. I can't say how much of the fix was the ligament surgery or how much was from the implant.

Costs about 7k pounds and can be done even after implant.

Be aware though, that with ligament repair surgery, all they can do is stitch your dick in the middle of the upper dick to your pubic area (because dorsal nerves are on the side of your dick). Will only give limited sideways stability.

Should help with angle and anker the base though.

If you choose to do it, i'd tell him to not give you a high angle, as that could lead to problems with certiain positions.

Good luck

Is there any way to know it’s injured before hand? Does a scan of the area reveal such an injury? I don’t quite understand why the implant would wobble since it’s deep in the crux and fills out the CC.

Haven't had implant.
