Are most people satisfied with placement of tips within glans? Do high volume Dr like Hakky/Clavell/Eid… get it mostly right or are there cases which have resulted in ischemia/extrusion (or close). There is a risk with aggressive sizing. I’ve seen posts here about persistent pain, this is unfortunate as there’s no way to “fix” it other than getting a revision and hoping it will be better.

Dr. Hakky says the implant is a penile stretching device. On other words, the dick will eventually stretch to accommodate the implant.

And I was undersized and had to have it replaced in 12 months for longer implant.

I'm tired of hearing nonsense from doctors, I have an implant and I've been oversized with the tips at the bottom of the glans, there are my complaints about FT on various threads since the first day, the pain has been persistent since the first day, I'm almost at 2 years and I can't wait to remove it, remember, once the doctors take the money and put the implant in you, good or bad they disappear

Yeah it was your case I was referring to. One thing I wanted to ask is do you have pain even when deflated? In that case is this an oversizing issue or something else?

Implanted by Dr. Clavell going on 6 weeks ago. The tips are close to half way into my glans and I am pain free. See Dr. Clavell on Tuesday for post op and activation.

My tips are well into the glans.
For a while, I had minor discomfort in the tips when inflated, but I grew 1/4" into it.
No discomfort now,

I hope the translator translates well what I'm saying, my tips are at the end of the glans, they are touched by passing the finger, when it is deflated it hurts more, only when I have sex do I feel it less painful, because as the glans swells with excitement it lengthen the glans, you are all saying to have them at the beginning, or middle of the glans, that would be the right place

no, there are no expert doctors in Italy and I wouldn't have the money anyway, this system has drained me
