Before deciding on an implant

Happy 2025 all!

I have been on the implant journey for a while (see old posts, bad doctor experience etc) and finally saw a urologist in Sweden a few weeks back. He had no issue in performing an implant surgery, but asked me to try an injection once or twice first.

I used aviptadil / phentolamine mesilate (InvicorpĀ®) and it worked perfect the 3 times I have used it so far! I am only sharing my experience and will probably end up getting an implant down the line (once injections stop working), but this was an easy fix for me. I understand its not for everyone, but I am a huge fan now!

All the best!

Thats a wise move
An IPP or Malleable SHOULD be the last stop on the train.

Once implanted your natural occurring erections are a thing of the past.
When aroused I can still feel the blood rush "Downstairs" but nothing rises now.(naturally)
I've accepted that and have no regrets.

My Bionic junk works better than when I was 18 anyway! :D

Best wishes to you in 2025!
