My penis has a diameter of 1,77 inches (4,5 cm). Should I go with the AMS 700 CX or the Titan? My fear is that the AMS will make it thinner, and my hope is that the Titan would make it broader.

2 years in here Coloplast Titan. Initially and after losing my prostrate I went 3 years ED with 1.5 to 2 inches at most. Simply a small turtle head. After waking up from implant surgery it was greater in size but I was not happy with it. All I knew was that it was more than what I had and sucked it up. However..... I researched a shitload and cycled for one year 2-3 times a day and today I am 6L 6G.
I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. I'm a very happy man again. GL to ya.

There’s several videos by the top Drs that say an implant will fill the cavernosa to its max so you can’t go wrong with a titan if properly sized. From most of my reading unless your well over average in girth you would be fine with either if properly sized. Trust your Dr. they generally inflate you with saline and a big syringe during surgery and then open you up and do measurements from inside. At this point a qualified Dr should be able to properly fit you with an implant that will fill you up. Check with you Dr but some only do one or the other and some will give you a choice. Either way you should be fine with proper sizing.

Using an online circumference calculator. 1.77 inches is 5.56 inches of girth. Per my signature data. I have 6 inches of girth. I have a CX implant. So base on those numbers. I think a CX would work for you.
I forget. Is your 1.77 inches flacid or erect? If its erect you should be ok.

Were you 6 inches in girth when you inflated for the first time, or did it take time to reach that girth? I also have the CX, and while I wasn’t girthy before the impact, I noticed that I’ve lost more girth than length, though I expected the reverse. I’m shy of five weeks post op.
I hope the CX can expand and given me more size!

Complicated answer. I had determined to not measure for 6 months. Of course my hand does automatically measure it. I knew that I was close after maybe a month. Just short of 3 months I did mesure at 6". So there is that. The bigger issue is I never measured myself prior to ED. I only knew the circle that my hand could form. There is a small chance that I gained a very small in girth. But I feel that I was 6" pre ED & 6" after my implant.
The first few months my cycling would of been considered on the aggressive side. All things considered. I'm probably back to my youngish adult side.
