The entire implant apparatus is under your skin, nothing is visible to the naked eye.
If your were in the shower room in a gym not one person would know you had an implant.
I agree with Dan, this device could be used totally covertly, if done right.
Some cunnilingus done as you pump yourself up with one hand ...and your partner probably wouldn't detect a thing.

Well, unfortunately, my pump sits in front of my testicles, so there is a very visible third lump. As for pumping, my pump is buggy as all fuck; I wouldn't be able to pump it discreetly while eating some chick out.

But let me add, You can also do a partial inflate ahead of time. One almost always has a hint that something might happen.
