Try it next time, go to 80% and see if there's any issues. I think you'll find it's more comfortable for you for longer too, as the implant isn't stretching against your tissues.

Everyone is different, he might get 20 pumps to be rock hard, this other guy might do 40 to get rock hard. You'll just have to remember how many pumps it takes you to consistently get to be rock hard and just back off a few pumps.

My opinion is pain/discomfort is related to the position used. Legs up, butt pivoted up works good. Cowgirl is ok also. Legs spread missionary might be problematic.
