After much toil and research and franktalk reading I have made up my mind 100% to be implanted. I consult with Dr Hakky (second time) in Atlanta 1/27. Gonna ask him for the first available time he has so I don't change my mind. But I need to as a couple questions for a few of you that are bionic and actively using your new SUPERpower!

1. SIZE. From what I have read and been told to do, using a VED weeks before surgery helps to maintain size. Im a STRONG 6inches fully erect in the VED. And the glans is somewhat MASSIVE to me. Will I lose the massive Glans? Should I plan to take cialis to keep this?

Will my flacid size now be 5 or 5.5 inches? Or six soft? I know Hakky tries real hard to maintain as much size as possible. Gonna go with the AMX 700 CX. Hakky already gave me the okay on that last year.

2. Hornyness: Will I feel the sensation of being horny? I know I won't get an erection without pumping. But do I lose the physical feeling of being horny?

3. WHEN do I pump it up? In front of the girl? During foreplay while eating her maybe? Leave the room and comeback later standing at attention? When during the act do I GET READY?

4. What can I do in the days post surgery? Can I walk? Or am I bound to a bed for days?

let me help you with some of these

1. before implant 5.5 with a shit erection 6" in a VED but there was no way my OEM dick could pull that, Immidately after implant was 4" after 4 weeks of recovery and a week of cycling 4.9" now 6 weeks into recovery 3 weeks cycling 5" to 5.1" Not entirely sure if i will get my full length back but i dont care because it actually works. my Glans engorgement is the same/better than it before before the implant. Clais can help with glans engourgement if for what ever reason your struggling post op (op should not affect your glans at all it has its own blood supply) As for your flaccid state mine is much bigger than my OEM dick, it probally sits at around 4" flaccid now then when i get horny and pump a solid 5". So expect it to be larger than your used to.

2. This was my main worry pre op i thought well the way i know im horny is because my dick gets hard so how will i know im horny otherwise. Well your glans still very much engorge when your horny so you still get that sensation its just not the full blood rush sensation.

3. pump it up whenever you like, if you wanna try and keep it hidden you can defo find plenty of moments on the run up to get a few squeezes in, go down on the girl and give your self a few squeezes, suck a tit give your self a few squeezes. if you couldnt care less just do it whenever your ready it takes less than 60 seconds to go from flaccid to rock hard. Also the flacid state is pretty hard still so even if a girl does stick her hands down there spontaneously it feels very much like you've got your self a chub on anyway then you can work around the rest. if a girl does any kind of ball play on you though its pretty obvious, theres tubes and pumps all over the shop. but visually its very hard to tell

4. everyones different, some people have really good recovery's, some people have really bad ones, if you prep for a rough recovery your cant be disappointed, in that case for the first 2 weeks i couldnt really walk, i could hobble around the house because i had a space hopper between my legs. prefered to be laying down than sitting, going into week 3 everything started to normalize, started walking 1.5 miles a day just to get moving, i walked with a strange gait even then it does take some getting used to the parts because you cant feel them but your body can. by week 4 i was still in pain but much more manageable, fairly normal, wouldnt of wanted to go back to a labour intensive job on week 4 but a desk job i could of managed.

5. iced in the morning for about 20 mins for the first week or so. i stopped after that because i wasnt making much impact for me.

Measurements taken with your penis under vacuum are false, too big. Keep that in mind.

1. I didn't do VED so no advice there. I might have lost a small fraction of an inch, but definitely not much. My girth is a bit bigger. I know that some people have trouble with the glans not swelling up, but mine still does. I wondered if I'd need viagra/cialis. I know some people do, but I haven't.

2. No change in the feeling of horniness. I even feel it in my cock. Blood goes to three places: cavernosa, spongiosum, and glans. The cavernosa is that part that gets seriously hard, and it is replaced by the two implant cylinders. The spongiosum runs along the urethra, so kind of alongside the cavernosa. And then there's the glans itself. I still have good blood flow to both spongiosum and glans, and as a result I can feel things "stirring" down there when I get horny. It's not a full hardon, but it definitely increases in girth and feels nice. You will know when you are horny.

3. You can inflate in stages. If I think that things might happen, I add a few pumps. If the evening is going well, I add more. Not so much to tent my pants, but enough that someone paying attention to my crotch might notice a little extra girthyness. Pumping up while eating her out definitely works. Also, I've noticed that there is some overlap between the max I can pump without tenting my pants and the minimum required for sex. With my old cock, if it was getting a tiny bit soft, it was almost certainly going to be much softer fairly soon. So I associated any softness with it not working for sex. But with an implant, it stays exactly at that same level of softness. Squeeze the base, which inflates the top half, and you can slide it in. I mean, you can fully inflate later, but my point is that there are lots of fun games to play. I'm sure most women have experienced cocks at different levels of hardness.

4. I could walk around just fine, but doc left me mostly inflated so I was home alone for the first few days.

5. I iced periodically during the day. I doubt it's good to "set and forget" all day if you want to avoid frostbite. I'm sure your doc will give you instructions. Main point is for me it was periodic and not continuous.

I was like you. Did lots and lots of reading here, and then eventually just decided to go for it. I had a big list of questions for the doc, but in the end I didn't even ask most of them. I either new the answer from here or figured that it wouldn't affect my decision. Would I lose a little length? I might, but I'd rather have a cock that works reliably. Would I maintain the upward angle of my original cock, or would it go more to a 3 o'clock angle like most of the implant photos I'd seen? I preferred the upward angle, but I'd rather have a cock that works reliably.

1. I was like you, 6 inches exactly pre-implant, after implantation I lost approximately 1/2 inch.
I didn't suffer from ED very long(15 months)
So I didn't "lose" alot of size beforehand and I was able to regain that lost size thru relentless cycling.

2. Your "horniness" isn't going anywhere.
You'll have the same feelings, but now you can act on them anytime and anyplace for as long as you want.

3. My wife is well aware of my implant and we simply make it a part of our foreplay.
But, I've posted many times that this implant can be used quite covertly.
In fact, if I was a single guy -I don't think I would disclose it.
At least not at first.

4. You can walk and move around you just have to do it quite gingerly.
You WILL be quite sore and your best bet is to lay low and relax for at least 3-4 days.
Take a week off work and relax.
This is big step you're taking and you need a little time to heal

5. Ice and painkillers will be your best friend for the 2-3 weeks.
I would take a Ziploc bag of ice cubes and place them on my unit for 10 minutes then remove it for 20 minutes then repeat this process over and over.
You'll develop your own protocol when you get this process started.
Luckily, I didn't use hardly any of the heavy-duty painkillers, I was able to basically use Tylenol after 2 days.

In closing, this best decision/gift I've ever gave myself.

2 years in Coloplast Titan. Before implant I had 3 years ED after losing my prostrate and was 1.5 to 2 inches at best. A small turtle head. After my implant surgery I was not impressed with my size however It was better than nothing however it was very frustrating. Today I am at 6L and 6G. Perito had me cycle 2-3 times daily for one year. So don't worry about growth. I did have a floppy penis head which eventually resolved itself. I'm a horny sob and even being on hormone therapy I had desire. Recovery is different for everyone. Ice, pain meds on standby and you'll be back on your feet when you're ready. You went from 2 inches to 6? how many revisions did it take to get there? i cant imagine that it'd be the same implant right the sizing just wouldnt meet up

1. My size inflated is the same as when I had a good natural hard on, and I didn't do anything with a VED. I'm about 3/4's of an inch shorter deflated. Now I'm a shower, not a grower.

2. I'm still horny as ever.

3. At first, I inflated in the bathroom before I got into bed. For a while, the pump is very hard and takes some effort and concentration with two hands. Now, I can inflate with one hand while fingering my wife with the other or going down on her.

4. I only walked around the house for the first three or four days and regretted not walking more sooner. I was surprised at how quickly I lost strength and stamina from just sitting around. I suggest get moving ASAP after the surgery. I was limited to lifting less than five pounds the first two weeks.

5. I don't recall my icing routine. It may depend on how your body responds to the surgery.

This is my first and only implant. Believe me during those 3 years ED at 1.5 to 2 inches was extremely demoralizing. I was thinking of leaving the planet. I consider myself so fortunate how I ended up with what I had in the first place. And this is why I've posted so much. I want to give hope to all of you as this site was here for me before, during and after my implant. My thinking is..I had serious issues with my penis before surgery and maybe Perito cleaning it up and fixing whatever it was allowed my implant to grow to where it is today. It's unbelievable but true. So..I'm just saying that for years reading about guys having growth, I held out hope and the rest is history. Maybe I should add that the 1-5 to 2 inches was all I had showing.

ceekay87, I had total ED for three months before my implant and I did use a VED to keep my tissue stretched, which I think helped, at the beginning the glans in affected by the surgery and I didn't have good engorgement but now it does pretty good now that I'm 3 years out but it's not as good as when I was in my late 20's or early 30's. I do miss nice shiny engorged glans of my younger days, but it's great to have a rock hard boner
