Are there any members on the forum who first got a malleable implant and then changed it on inflatable? I have read about people who changed malleable implants they had installed many years ago with inflatable ones.
If you one of these people can you answer?
How long did you have malleable? Has your girth increased after you got inflatable? Is girth become like pre op?
When I aroused my girth loss around 6-7mm, not so much. (Malleable tactra). So I interested if I will change malleable on inflatable after years (maybe many years). Will I gain these 6-7mm?

hi, your signature says that you regret having done it, there must be a reason why you regret your system, most of the users are happy, I'm not happy because they oversized me and put the tips too far forward , why aren't you happy?

I wouldn't know where to start

To be fair, he said that if he got the implant at 50 then he'd be satisfied. I understand he's frustrated but this is a nuanced and complex issue. Still, I'm sorry he's dissatisfied.

For me it's comfortable. I would rate everyday comfort like 80%. Honestly If I did this at 50 I wouldn't regret it.

1) The implant itself

2) The brand of the implant

3) The surgeon

4) The function of the implant

so you lost about a 1/4 of an inch of girth, from what size girth? that's not much . You could get HA filler to easily gain that back and more . Although depending on what country you are in , it could be expensive . in korea its not to much and maybe 30 % more in thailand . usa is high cost

so you lost about a 1/4 of an inch of girth, from what size girth? that's not much . You could get HA filler to easily gain that back and more . Although depending on what country you are in , it could be expensive . in korea its not to much and maybe 30 % more in thailand . usa is high cost

Nice idea. I hear it's a lot cheaper in Tijuana, Mexico compared to the USA prices depending on the volume.

My local Costco has this HA gel cream for sale at US $19.99 and it caught my eye from afar, pulling me towards it like a magnet. The woman who picked this must have been puzzled by how fascinated I was with it .

hahaha , self injected ? I'm a do it yourself kind of guy .but even if that was a thing ,i would have to pass on that . Practice makes perfect ,and i don't want to practice on mr wierner .

1/4 lost when I have latent? erection. Without latent erection dick looks thin. My surgeon not recommended any fillers in implanted dick because it not safe. If filler or dick will become inflamed it wil cause infection of implant.
