Does the use of VED three months before prosthesis replacement surgery seem effective to you? I consulted with the doctor and he told me that he does not think it is effective when you already have a prosthesis, before the first implant it can help obtain a larger prosthesis. What do you think? Any experience?

I'm going to have to get a revision, it will probably take afew months at least so my thinking us to ved everyday to at least get some blood into the penis so it doesn't get smaller and possibly get a traction device!!!
I dint know enough about penile atrophy and what the time limit on it is.. so what's the harm in doing these things if you do them smartly

These doctors studied it and found traction devices very effective:

The source does mention using VEDs also:

A post-RP patient who underwent inflatable penile prosthesis placement 6 years ago complained of inability to maintain partner penetration with his device. The patient underwent vacuum erection device therapy twice daily for 10 minutes per session for approximately 1 year as well as 8 hours of penile traction therapy daily for 8 months. A revision implant surgery was subsequently attempted.

8 hours a day thing never made sense to me. While sleeping?

I would say it has to be while sleeping!!

Could half an inch to an inch length increase cause issues with blood flow or nerves in the glans or even whats left of the erectile tissue do you think??

Initially the doctor told me that the use of VED did not believe it had a positive effect, but when I told him that I could only squeeze the pump 2 times and them it collapsed without fluid, he told me that it was necessary to use VED daily to stretch the tissue and prevent retraction.
