Questions re: Perito Exercise

Postby Courage » Mon Jan 20, 2025 11:29 am

For those who do/did this exercise;

(1) How long after surgery did you start?

(2) How far up are you bending the shaft? Base, lower shaft, middle?

(3) How far did you bend (30 degrees? 45?).

My doctor, whom I like very much but doesn't always explain things as completely as I'd like, suggested moving my penis "like a joystick" (this was day of surgery, which was a blur). I'm only ten days out and I can't pump yet, so I'm holding off.
Middle-aged SGM with lifelong ED. IPP Implanted January 2025. IPP explanted due to infection February 2025 and replaced with salvage malleable. Looking to get revision.to IPP.

It was at least two weeks before I could cycle. Per Perito videos on cycling and bending I never could come close to what he showed with the model penis. I cycled and did the bending 2-3 times per day for one year. I'm 2 years in and everything is functioning perfectly.
