Postby irishguy » Wed Mar 20, 2013 4:19 am

alot of you guys asked me to let you know how i got on....
i had along post done afew minutes ago and i timed out so il make this quick and painfull

as most of you know my biggest fear was that id be closer to my flaccid then erect size and thats exactly what has happened..

my stats before implant 6"length and 4.5" girth nearly erect and a 6" stretch

now 70% inflated i look like about 4" length and about 3" girth.... an absolutely terrible result
yes i know if i get engorgment of the glans and pump it up to 100% itl be bigger but i need a fucking miracle....

it is terribly small and is not in my imagination... it looks like im a man wih a pumped up micro penis...

il keep ye updated as the weeks go on!!!

its way too early to worry about lost size, wait about 6 months and you will then have what you have. at your stage, just post, op everybody looks that way. don't get depressed. In your lifetime you, no doubt, will have a re-do somewhere down the road so if it's a little small that can be addressed later.

hey knotreel thank you ad thanks to all the guys in the chatroom..
i totally FREAKED OUT yesterday.... and im sure every man can understand why i did...

ok i measured yesterday im 4.5" length and 4"girth.. thats now semi inflated....
soiv 1.5" to make up in length and 0.5" in girth....

the uro placed a 20cm titan in me so i think the maths adds up to nearly 5.5" length outside the body and i dont know about girth...

so hopefully after my penis is healed and i get to pump it to the max plus hopefully i get engorgment of the spongiousum i will satisfied with it....

so i will keep you all up dated on progress!!!

plus id love if the boys sayed the size they are now i feel like a bull!!!!!

Take a look in the old posts and find the bad and ugly post by radiodec, it has some hours after surgery photos to give you a little perspective.

Remember with even a little swelling from surgery everything will look smaller, except what has swelled.

From what it looked like after surgery to about 6.75 inches or therabouts, quit measuring. Just using. This took about 3 months, so don't dispair.

Right after surgery things, look ugly. Black and blue with the glans having a sock puppet look from where the cylinder positioning needles went through. I will look better after a little.

Hi Irishguy,

I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan in December 2007 after developing ED Post-Prostatectomy in 2004.
The Implant completely corrected my ED and restored both my sex life and the emotional bond with my wife.
We celebrated our 50th Anniversary on September 8, 2012 and have taken full advantage of my Implant for the past
5 years and counting.
The first month or so is the hardest in that your body is adapting to the Implant.
The initial Post-Surgical swelling and hypersensitivity fades with time and, personally, my Titan Implant just became a part of my body.
Also, I am a workout freak -- free weights, machines, swimming, biking, etc.
My Implant does not impede any of my daily physical activities.
Looking back, the discomfort I experienced for a brief period following my Implant was a small price to pay for the
total return of my manhood!!
In my case, the length is about the same as Pre-Implant but I definitely gained girth.
Wishing you a lifetime of enjoyment with your new Titan Implant.
Please keep us posted on your progress and do not hesitate to contact me with any non-medical questions you may have during the healing process or just to talk.

Alright men the update is.. I went to london for what i taught was for deflating and inflating the implant but to my confusion.. The urologist went to deflate the penis and told me it was fully deflated.. Now can ye all help me with this one my penis is facing the roof. And putting it horizon to the ground is tough enough.. So this go away with time? Do i keep forcing it to face the floor? So second question what would be a good routine for inflating the device to stretch it to the max? Thanks for yer time!

I am surprised that you still have a problem with it pointing upwards a month after surgery. Mine was slightly above the horizon for the first few days after surgery but then gradually went down so it was pointing about 45 degrees below the horizon by the fourth week post-op.

My guess is that trying to force it down below the horizon won't work and may make the problem worse. One reason it doesn't point downward after surgery is inflammation of the tissues due to the surgery. If you try to force it down, you might irritate the tissues and cause the problem to get worse.

One thing you could try is to squeeze the penis with one hand at the same time you are pressing the deflate button. This gets more fluid out of the cylinders for me. My doc suggested that.

Implanted with Coloplast Genesis MALLEABLE on Jan 2024.
I have had venous leakage.
I didnt like the side effects of PDE5 inhibitors.
So far, I am very happy with the Coloplast Genesis.
