AMS LGX vs CX

Postby ceekay87 » Sun Jan 26, 2025 4:31 pm

I kinda had my mind made up to get the AMS CX. However after reading a lot here I noticed that the LGX extends length and girth. I mean who wouldn’t want both. I’m only about 2-2.5 inches flacid so I’m not sure if I’ll qualify. Do some Drs like one over the other for some reason? Aren’t there concerns with the quality of the LGX? TIA for the feedback!

I was supposed to have got the CX but the doc and the Boston Scientefic rep made a game time decision and went with the LGX. I think it was because of my internal measurements and he wanted to give me an implant that would expand a little bit.
I sort of wish I would have gotten the CX and not worried about having a small loss in length. I’ve heard the guys with the CX that their dicks are stiffer. My wife likes it super hard, so I have to pump it up to the max for sex. She can usually tell if it needs a couple more micro pumps after we’ve started sex, so I’ll have to pull out and squeeze some more in.
I can’t complain too much, it’s been a great implant so far. It looks natural when flaccid and I don’t have any dogs ears (crinkles).
Even with the LGX, my wife worries about my package showing, so I have to make sure all the saline is squeezed out, so I’m not showing a partial chubby.

I hope that helps a little,

I had requested an LGX. Once the distal & proximal measurements add up to 21cm or larger. My dr automatically goes with a CX. Am I disappointed? No!

GT, my doctor, a Army Major at Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, said his go to implant was the CX and I was pretty convinced that was the implant that I was going to get. I did mention the LGX to him because I had done some research, but he never said that he would go to the LGX.

I just looked back at my surgery document and I was 11cm distal and 10cm proximal, maybe they didn't have the next size available during surgery or they needed to install the 18cm with the rear tip extenders to be able to place the pump better in my scrotum. Who knows.

The LGX works fine, my wife doesn't complain about it not being hard enough :!:

Glad you're happy with yours :!: :D

I'm very happy with my LGX. I certainly can't complain about stiffness, it's damn near rock hard at max.
I figured that the flaccid performance was just as important as when pumped up. I mean, how many hours are you fucking vs. walking around living your life?
The LGX gives me great performance in bed, and is as close to natural when flaccid as possible. 8-)
