Thought I would share my experience after 4 yrs. Will start by saying I am very happy with it. I had the AMS 700CX implanted in spring of 2021. By Dr Figler at UnC near Raleigh Nc. Medicare paid for it. Took about 6 weeks to start using it. Had some issues with feeling like I had to pee a lot for first 6 months or so. That finally went away after I discovered I was having prostate issues and got meds for that. For a month or so after I began using it I could not orgasm. Felt numb. That went awsy. So, after that it has been perfect. It has become very natural. All the anxiety I felt before the implant went away. When taking the pills and injections I always worried it would not work. Was hit and miss. But the implant works every time. Wife is happy with it. Lost very little length with implant. Girth about the same or more. I recommend the implant. Wish I would have done it long before.

thanks for sharing. Like most of us, you had problems with you dick, got implanted and all the worries about meds and injections disappeared and the only thing we all complain and regret is why we didn't do it much earlier?

The implant is a game changer for all ED sufferers and it changes ones sexual life extremely positive.

Thank you, Boatman, for mentioning the post-op numbness. Some doctors don't sufficiently educate their patients prior to implant. Post-operative numbness is common and can take many months to resolve. If men don't know in advance, it can really freak them out! For me, it was about four months before sensation fully retuned. But I was fortunate to have a doctor who had well prepared me in advance, so that wasn't a surprise. Now, I'm about 10 months post-op, and everything feels fantastic!
