How many guys still get natural erections post Implant?

Ive been reading about some guys that still get substantial engorgement and even erections following an implant.

How common is that? How many of you experience this and how erect can you get?

Malleable or inflatable?

What was your erection quality pre implant?

What implant and where inserted?

I'm very curious about this and wonder if there are any contributing factors other than anatomy.

Hey I think it's interesting too. So I was implanted late June last year, 1st time. Prior to implant, id get good erections with bimix but was developing scar tissue/Peyronie's from them (after pills losing effect).
I felt like I got no erections prior to implant, especially when it came to intercourse unless I had a successful injection which were becoming increasingly challenging due to the scarring.
Anyways fast forward to 1 month into healing from implant surgery & I was getting odd pains over night that felt like stretching which turned out to be engorgement that continue today. They have gotten even better & obviously now are pain free. So as of now I get fairly decent erections overnight that seems to go all night even when fully deflated which I think is pretty cool.

That's really interesting. How long were you using injections for to develop scarring? Ive been using them six years.

It would be interesting to see what your nocturnal erection activity is like. You should do an NPT test.

When you say you had no erections prior to implant, do you mean not even semi? I'd say I get about 30% currently with no medication.

Im one of the lucky ones, I’ve had natural chubs and morning wood even after my implant 4 years ago. They are hard enough to lift my penis straight up but not powerful enough to lift the covers so obviously not nearly hard enough for penetration . But I like the fact that my body is still kinda working normally.

That's impressive. And in your 60s too very encouraging. The irreversibility of this made me hesitate but I think the hope of there still being some natural activity has made me commit to getting it ASAP.

I'm just curious how common it is. The site should really do polls.

I've posted on this before. Calling it an erection is stretching the word a bit. I've had what could be called morning wood. But not enough I'd call it an erection. After sex, I have residual engorgement. Not erection quality but enough that it doesn't fit into my clothes like I'm truly deflated. All I've ever done is press the deflate button & let it find the level that it wants. I don't squeeze it empty like some men. I did have a brief discussion with my nurse about being fully deflated. She claimed that I was totally empty. So factor that into my story. Also my flacid girth is pretty large. Always was so can't blame it on the IPP. Point is, after sex. I have some natural engorgement going on.

Something that gets lost on thes pages often is, your brain is the biggest sex organ. Where you’re a horny dude vs someone who just pumps and goes, what you’re putting into an activity mentality counts for a lot.

Even if you no longer get morning wood in your shaft after surgery, you can still get it in your glans because the glans has a separate blood supply than the shaft. You might wake up in the morning feeling like you have a hard on in your glans even if your penis is flaccid.

Yeah I guess I like the idea of it still being "alive" and not just some inanimate lump down there. Just love the thought of still being able to get some activity and some level of engagement there, even with the implant in place.

Prior to implant I got but could not keep an erection post AMS700 I have got erections with no inflation and maybe pumped three times for firmness . Me and my wife for a couple years we’re not very active until I got the pump now suddenly we are like teenagers but normally I pump it up prior so I’m ready for anything
