Cerebral palsy and ED?

Hi I’m a young guy (28) who has struggled with ED as long as I can remember. Mostly maintaining erections.

I also have spastic diplegic cerebral palsy which affects both of my legs, does anyone know if this can be a factor in contributing to poor erections?

I’m seeing urology at the moment but just wondered if anyone had any knowledge or experience of this.

Thanks

I have had CP for 52 years that affects my legs, hands and speech. Suffered from premature ejaculation my whole life, tried everything to resolve it and Trimix injections helped get and maintain rockhard erections for 10+ years and went bionic in March 2023 with a AMS 700 CX and no regrets. Took me a while to figure out how to pump it up with my bad hands, but no problem now. I can stay as hard as I want for as long as I want. I still have PE but use a numbing gel prescription strength to last as long as I want. If you have really bad hands, talk to your urologist about a malleable.

Appreciate the response and great to hear all has gone well for you!

Luckily I think I’d be okay to use the pump so IPP would be an option. I’ve basically tried all the pills / moving onto injections soon/counselling. It’s something I’ve always struggled with and the urologists aren’t sure if the CP is contributing to it.

Think the implant will be something once I’ve tried everything as I’m young and want to start having a ‘normal’ sex life

With your hands unless you are sure you can pump it up go with a MPP. Last thing you want to do is get a IPP find out you can't use it and have to do a revision surgery which increases your chance for infection. I have had a Rigicon for over a year feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Yeah my cerebral palsy only affects below mg hips so my arms/hands function fully!
