Who has a girth of 6 inches or more with CX?

Hello to all implanted guys here! Has anyone managed to maintain 6 inches or more with the CX? I've talked to 3 guys here who have maintained 6 inches to almost 7 with the CX, but that's only 3 people. I'm 6,2 - 6,3 inches and still torn between the CX and the Titan. At the same time, I've met a lot of guys on the forum who have maintained 5 inches or less with the Titan, when they were larger before the implant (I'm not counting those who had radical prostatectomy and have no residual erection here). Titan owners, please chime in too. I'd like to continue exercising after the implant (weight training, running, biking, skiing), but I think people who exercise a lot are more likely to have tube fractures with the Titan. Having studied this forum up and down, I came to the conclusion that AMS with its five-year warranty, flimsier cylinders and sometimes sticking pump breaks less often than Coloplast. My surgeon assures me that there is practically no difference in girth between CX and Titan, and if there is, it is insignificant. Clavell and Hakki say that with CX you can maintain almost the same girth as Titan, but at the same time they do not guarantee this and recommend Titan for a larger girth. Eid, of course, claims that only with Titan can you maintain a larger girth.

What about comfort? I heard that Titan cylinders are really stiff - great for recovering from Peyronie's curvature, and for big dick erections. But 98% of the time you'll be flaccid. And I read that AMS cylinders - both LGX and CX are more comfortable than Titan, and less prone to dog ears?

Of course, comfort is one of the main factors in favor of the CX. As a young man, I don't want to have dog ears, but I also don't want to lose girth.

Idk your situation maybe you still have engorgement or something. Most men here lose girth when they’re over 6” girth. I know I lost a lot of girth since being 6.5” girth before surgery. In general these implants don’t support 6” girth. It’s not hard to see why ether just measure the implants on display at a surgeons office. I asked dr Eid about this and he said the implant can’t support the girth of some of these bigger guys.

The AMS CX cylinders have a max inflation of .71” diameter at least that’s what the manufacturer says. These tubes of cat nip have the same diameter. Together with a tape measure wrapped around them they have a circumference of 4.5”. Add in the corpus spongiosum and that’s your post op girth. 6” girth is 75% bigger (volume) than 4.5” girth so that would mean your spongiosum would be huge compared to the diameter of the CX cylinders.

You answered your own question. I do have a fairly large flacid girth. Bottom line is if I lost any girth at all. Its not noticeable.

Please tell me in more detail, with which implant did you lose a lot of girth? What implant do you have now? You write that your girth was 6.5 inches. What did it become after implantation and with which implant? Your message was read here, and I did not find this information. Dr. Eid is promoting Titan. Anyone in the know knows that.

Here is my take and I’d like to know others experience.
1) Pumping the cylinders to the max without bloodflow / arousal gives you a flat hard penis that looks like roadkill.
2) My natural erection post op with 10 pumps is hard and maintains a natural shape and feel for sex. That said my six inch girth is gone.
3) Too much pumping after arousal seems to push the blood out of the shaft and head leaving me with hard flat dick.

I’m glad I had the surgery, EID is amazing, but I still take Viagra to get bloodflow to the shaft and head.
