Fat Transfer Problems

Postby jwitten567 » Thu Feb 06, 2025 3:26 pm

Looking for some guidance. Recently completed radiation treatment for my prostate cancer coming back. But been focusing on my loss of girth with my implanted dick. I've spent quite a bit of time contemplating girth fillers and ended up going to Tijuana Mexico to have the procedure last month at a big medical tourism plastic surgery center. They basically took fat from my love handles and injected it into my dick. They did under some light sedation.

It has been a nightmare - very lumpy and not natural appearance, both when flaccid and erect.

Last week starting getting some pain when inflating my implant. I saw the doctor in TJ on Saturday, they put me on antibiotics. It really has not been getting better nor getting worse. Contemplating what to do at this point. My urologist had cautioned against this and wanted me to see someone in the US if I did decide on it, but was going to cost me a fortune. Now I feel like an idiot. Just want to make sure my implant and dick arent going to get infected or if there is a way to reverse this. My penis isn't red, warm, and not having any fevers or anything like that.

It's good that you don't have any other symptoms of infection. Definitely keep monitoring it for changes.

Did you go to Avanti Derma by chance? As far as I know they are the #1 experts in TJ for penis enhancements. At the very least, if you go back you could schedule with them as well to get their take on your situation. I'm sure they have seen a lot of cases go sideways and they'd know what to do

No i went to Viva Plastic Surgery - they do quite a bit of non-surgical girth enhancement but don't actually deal with implants. They are asking me to just be patient, might have a superficial infection of the skin hence the antibiotics.

Just out of curiosity, why did you jump straight to fat transfer instead of trying something more benign, like hyaluronic acid?

Not to answer for OP but in my own experience, I've been considering fat transfer to get a little more actual "meat" in the penis since I can feel the cold hard implant rods so prominently. As I understand HA, it does not vascularize and get it's own blood supply in the same way that fat does

Yeah, I think we've had this conversation before. My beef with fat transfer is that it is potentially dangerous.

I was looking more or less for a permanent option. Urofill seems like you need multiple injections and may need to keep getting them.

As an update, I had a low-grade temp last night and the penis is more puffy and red. I called dr. Patel office this morning at 8 am and he saw me in the office first thing at 9 am. He's worried that the infection might be a little deeper and recommended that we go to surgery suite to washout the infection. If he thinks that not involving the implant, he will leave it alone but otherwise I may end up with a new IPP or maybe a malleable if the infection is bad. I'm going to be admitted overnight for IV antibiotics and monitoring with plans for possible surgery, maybe on Saturday or Sunday.

Man I really feel defeated and stupid, but hoping that this is just a superficial infection and I didn't F* up my implant.

My 2 cents worth which in today's economy is worth far less than the face value anymore.. unless you have a real micro penis .. if you got an implant ..your able to have sex ..leave the fucking thing alone! .. How many disaster stories do guys have to hear to know that if they screw around they might become one of those stories. We'd all like more cock ..tough ..shrinks as we age ..shrinks with surgery ..shrinks with disease .. if you have a usable erection with an implant fo the love of God ..Allah .. Mickey Mouse leave the fucking thing alone. I've had 3 surgeries in
12 months .. 1st one for the implant ..2nd one 30 days later when they thought I had an infection which I did not ..and 3rd one 12 months later due to the undersizing of the implant .. each surgery left me in pain ..unable to climax ..just as I started healing they'd cut again .. I have what I have ..as long as I don't lose ground I'm 71 lucky to be alive let alone have a hard cock I can use .. well that might have been a whole nickel's worth instead of 2 cents ..sorry ..
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell
