Ice bath/red light therapy with implant

Hey all!
Over a year into my Titan implant and still happy with it overall! I am a health nerd and do things like cold plunges and red light/infared saunas. Cold plunges obviously lower your body temp, and infared heats you from the inside out (similar to sunlight rays which are also 50% infared.
My question is, do you all think this could affect the longevity of the implant? In my head cold plunge seems safe because you’re only in there maybe 2-3 minutes. Because the implant is internal I don’t think it woild even drop by more than say…5 degrees.
With Infared light or sauna, I read studies that said it can heat your core temp up to 104 while using it, which is also less than a 5 degree difference. Seems negligible. Anyway, I guess why this one worries me more is that the light penetrates your skin (as does actual sunlight). Somehow makes me think about the implant and saline inside.
Any thoughts?
