Question about penile tissue and numbness prior to surgery

Pills don’t work , injections got or miss and painful and need high dose . Now my skin on penile tissue is a bit dark and head is a bit purple , also my penis feels numb and feels like jelly at times not a normal spongy feeling . Does all this matter after I get an implant ? Im seeing a urologist next month I don’t know how to convince him , in my country it’s not easy to get it done it’s last resort but my age might put him off 37 , I lost a chance with a lovely lady cause of this and I’m broken man . What’s the best way to convince the urologist cause I do need it ..
