Hello, my question for those out there who have went from an AMS 700 cx to the Titan, did you gain more size from the Titan? Currently have the CX 24 cm with 2 rear tip extenders but had pump problems. thx

Yeah now I totally understand what dog ears mean.

I'm planning on accepting that for a device that won't make me loose girth (5.5" is max girth for 700, so any higher will drop down to that). CX can support more girth, I hear. But Titan can probably support even more.

AMS 700 LGX will increase length for everyone who exercises it. If your girth is below 5.5" it is supposed to increase it to same degree, but not higher than 5.5" total.

To be determined what Titan does with length.

Talked to a guy today that said he's had the lgx..cx..and the titan. He said he gained every time he did a revision. He was very knowledgeable on it. He also said i was only about 1 of 5 people hes ever talked to that got as much out of the cx as I've had. Broke down pros an cons over 1 vs the other. He said hed go with the titan now every time.

What’s your current length/girth? And what’s your expectation for increased girth by switching to Titan?
Before you switch, you should discuss your girth expectations with your surgeon, so you won’t be disappointed with Titan if your expectations are unrealistic.

My length and girth are 7.25 x 5.75 girth. If im wound up good itll be 6 girth. I gained length and girth from the cx. I've had pump issues for a while, but now the things working ok? The surgeon said he can replace the pump but it's been long enough he said hed prob just replace it all now. Looking for more girth if i do the revision.

I wouldn't like to just get my pump replaced, That means 3 splices that could go wrong. Maybe I overthink this though.

I understand the dog ears and krinklyness feeling that everyone talks about with the Titan. But what if you inflate to 10-15%? Does that alleviate the irritation? I'll put a pump or two into my LGX often to remove the dog ears. Not due to irritation but because I've heard that fold (dog ear) creates a possible point of failure over time.

For my, putting enough pumps into the titan to eliminate dog ears meant that the titan was too inflated to really keep concealed well
