As you might know there are several countries in Europe where this type of surgery is not covered by insurance because they go under cosmetic surgeries. It is ridiculous and a scandal when you consider all the pain and health problems, physical and mental, ED is creating.
In my surge for a high volume surgeon in Europe I found out that there can be a big price difference from one country to another.
Of course with this type of surgery money should not be an issue because we are talking about one of our most valuable body parts.
But if you can find a high volume surgeon which is in the top league and he can make you happy for halve the price it's worth the consideration.
I found two, one is Dr. Karaman in Istanbul and the other is Dr. Beley in Paris. With him I had phone consulting and the feedback was very good and trustworthy.
If you guys either have knowledge or even been operated by one of them I would be happy to hear from you. Also if anyone has other examples for surgeons.
This forum is a great tool for all of us either we are in the starting fase or already happy bionic.

I was implantes by Juan Ignacio Martínez Salamanca in Spain. Everything has gone great and it was 17k€. Even the recovery was smooth (except for the very first days), after a week I was working remotely (not because of pain, but because I was still inflated) and after 2 weeks I was in the Office without any issue.

Hi, we already talked by message but as you know, I was operated by Dr Beley and I am super satisfied with the outcome. I have lost some length and girth but this is normal at this stage of recovery. Whenever I have some questions, I text Dr Beley and he replies quite quickly. One obstacle could be the language barrier, I do not know how good/bad his English is, same for his assistants and the whole medical staff at Clinique Turin. But anyway, if you spend enough time on this forum, you will gather pretty much all the required info for the pre- and post-op instructions. I felt like I already knew everything about the recovery process when I walked into the clinic.

In the surgery room, just minutes before being knocked out by general anesthesia, Dr Beley laughed when I told him I deserved to receive a PhD in penile implants lol. But I am sure you will find other equally qualified surgeons in Europe.

And Hope84 nice to hear you are doing well. The conversation with the Dr. in english is no problem at all and he is high on the list for choice of surgeon so far. But there are not many reports here on the forum, you are the first one I found which hade him to do the surgery.
For the moment I am not sure if I will go for IPP or MPP, I am ploughing through frank talk to collect as much info as possible, pros and cons for both types.

Hi everyone, in Europe the situation is more complicated than in the USA.

I agree that the only two surgeons with acceptable prices are Karaman and Beley:

Karaman has many reports here on the forum, although I have contacted many users who wrote the reports and no one responded to me except @jakerip and @discovernew (is it strange?)

Beley, on the other hand, only has a report from @hope84 (is it strange?)

It would be nice to be able to know for both of us how many implants they do per year

I also came over the story of mbambo about his Regicon Malleable Journey. It is very detailed and good if you are interested in MPP, but the main thing in this post is also the pricing and he refers to Dr. Osama Ghattas in Egypt. No one in Europe can compete with the prices over there. Ghattas is supposed to be a high volume surgeon.

What about David Ralph and colleagues in London? What are their private prices like?

There are several high volume doctors that actually have lower prices than Karaman, i discovered this recently.

If you look at the official rigicon instagram page, you can see they interview several doctors and "centers of excellence". Some of these options are Dr Shaeer, Ghattas, Hamdan, etc. I cannot say anything about the results because i did not have surgery with them (and i did not personally talk to any patients), but they seem to be highly regarded in the medical community. Feel free to do your own research though.

Ralph in London is seems top level. Experienced with all implant makes and models and even does total reconstruction. He even built a guy a dick once that had been born without one.
