Does anybody knows about medicine PT 141. Is it worth to try it?

There are quite a few posts about PT141. Use the search function and you’ll find quite a bit to read about it.

In short, it’s a centrally acting (brain, not at the site of injection) medication that has pretty uneven effect from person to person. Available as an injection, tablet, and even nasal spray but it seems like the injections are by far the most effective.

Best case scenario is that it increases libido. (It does for me a LOT.).
But it’s also has the side effects of flushing, queasiness, nausea. (Mild but there for me.)

No way to predict if you will get a strong or weak response (or side effects). But if a med that increases your libido for 12-24 hours sounds interesting check into it and try it for yourself.

I have used it many times and Melanotan 2 which almost has the same function of 141 but it has real tanning properties. As I graduated from the George Hamilton School of Bronzage I do appreciate that function as well.

Basically Goodwood got it right. 141 can really make you horny as fuck, but the erections are not to be counted on, you will get hard as a rock but maybe not when you want to be. Injections are the best method. Careful on dosage as to much can trigger a real nausea response. Not for every day use, probably 2 times a week as you build tolerance to it.

I've wondered about this. Do you have any references you can give me?

I started with PT-141 (in every form, including branded Vyleesi) because of a report from the May 2024 AUA conference by Dr. Goldstein that Vyleesi was effective for anorgasmia. I've since moved on to TriMix for erections but I could still use some help with anorgasmia. This has me considering adding Vyleesi into the mix.

Adding my experience to what GoodWood said, it is a big libido booster for me. It doesn't seem to kick in erection-wise as quick as I would like and I expected. I combine a 141 shot about 3 hrs prior adding Sildenafil about 1 hr prior. I get spontaneous erections for about 18 hrs after the 141, even after the Sildenafil wears off. Good if you have multiple opportunities throughout the day (did yesterday! ) but at least my life keeps that the exception. I wouldn't want to take when an erection later that day would be less than ideal. It also gives me "low-level nausea" that isn't that bad, but it does have a GLP-like effect of minimal appetite with things tasting like card board. It can be used for weight loss, but there are likely better options for most. It is a tool in the toolbox for now. I plan to get back to the doc on giving Trimix a go. All to get by until I can look at getting an implant later this year.

Works great for me (69 with ED for 25 years). Had to figure out the timing first. I inject in the morning and am getting great erections by 4pm and have a tryst that evening. The great part is it is still working the following morning for round 2. I get slightly nauseous about half the time. It’s really been a godsend so much so that I’m gonna ride this until it doesn’t work and then reschedule my implant. I get it from Verifiedpeptides.

I've used it many times and its a great libido enhancer. I take with low dose Ondansetron to avoid any nausea. Oddly it takes about 6-8 hours before it kicks in completely, but feel the effect for 18+ hours.

Once I'm 'back in action' again I'm considering alternating with low dose THC gummies.
