Had some great sex and was really able to test the implant out.

Discreet Pumping

I pumped to probably 50% and kept it that way under my clothes while I was there. Probably 10 mins into foreplay (kissing, cuddling, caressing), I excused myself to the bathroom and pumped up. I probably pumped to about 85-90%. I prefer it at this level, it's very hard, also very thick, at the thickest point about 6 inches in girth. If you are young and unmarried, and you plant on having a lot of casual sex like me and dont want to disclose that you have an implant - AMS may be more suitable. The pump does not honk and is silent as far as I know. If you don't have severe peyronies, this may be a better option. Although my pump honks, I usually pump it up in the bathroom, but it would be much easier to just pump it during sex quickly. I still can, just have to be very slow to keep it from honking.

I am finally very happy with everything. I had quite a slow healing journey and I don't know if this was due to TEP, a subcoronal incisiion and being left inflated for 5 weeks, or if my body just healed slowly (maybe iron deficiency adding to that).

It's such a nice confident feeling knowing I can just start dating and having sex.

Frank - I had sex in the past but it was definitely the wrong time. I wasn’t fully healed and had pain after ejaculation, also constant prostatitis attacks. All this has finally settle and/or is well managed.

23 - re TEP, I see you’ve seen Dr Hakky, I trust him. If I could go back I would have gone to him. For my personally, I definitely have some enhanced girth, length is a bit more than peyronies but a bit less than pre peyronies. Now, whether this is all from TEP or simply having a titan I really don’t know…

My surgery was on 1/29/25, penoscrotal incision.

During surgery my doc - who hadn’t seen me erect before - discovered I had undiagnosed Peyronie’s with a 50 deg up and 45 deg left curvature. This had to be fixed with plicatiion and modeling before putting in the implant. So i woke up with a penoscrotal incision that had been extended all the way along the underside of my penis to the base of the glans, Underneath there were some straightening stitches in my tunica.

Instead of the standard 6 week recovery period on average before having sex, I’m guessing my recovery will be slower. Was your surgery complicated by Peyronies? If so how long after surgery were you able to masturbate and have sex? TIA.

Aussie, it's so good to hear that you are back in the game after a long journey. You had a lot more done to your dick than the majority of guys here on FrankTalk. I had wondered how you were doing this past year but now I know.

I know you would go back to uncircumcised if you could, but for me my foreskin caused me problems trying to keep my dick clean during my 20's and early 30's. It did feel good masturbating because it was like having your own pocket pussy, but even though I cleaned it every day while taking a shower, I would still get phimosis, inflammation and smegma under my foreskin.
After I got married, I believe that I gave my wife chlamydia from the problems with my foreskin. I finally got a military doctor at Tyndall Air Force Base during the Gulf War to do my circumcision.

Hi Aussie! thank you for sharing your sex update. I read your signature, and it says you were implanted in 2023, but you only tested the implant in 2025? I am guessing your signature is outdated. Would be nice if you could updated with all the procedures you had done.
