Frank, I had the penoscrotal install and it took around 4 months before sex was without pain and discomfort after 30 minutes of being pumped up to the max.
I was cleared to have sex at 6 weeks when I had device training but waited till week 8 to attempt to have sex because I was still having a lot of discomfort and pain when pumped up for more than 25 minutes.
At 8 weeks, I pumped up ahead of time, so was could be ready after foreplay. I didn't think about taking any Tylenol to help control pain, by the time we started having PIV sex my dick was hurting a good bit. It hurt for almost two days after our sex session. I emailed my doc and he said that I probably over did it, and to just take it easy.
Frank, it kept getting better every week, but I would say that between 4 to 6 months sex got back to normal.
As you know, there are lots of guys on here that don't have any problems like this and heal a lot quicker.
I'm at 3 years with the implant and I can pump up to 80 percent in the shower and shave before going to bed and having foreplay before we start PIV sex. My wife likes it wife likes my dick super hard, so I pump up the max before we have PIV sex.

Good Luck Frank,
I hope you don't have the same problems with pain

Frank, in my case I started sex after 3 weeks, I couldn't wait anymore and was so horny after some oral sex, but as you know all are individual.
I think, you should wait 4 weeks at least and start oral sex, if no pain than penetration.
You also can take pain meds, but don't overdo and it will get daily better :)

The revision is nothing like the original implant, I had no problems with pain, bruising, the revision was easy. I cycled in just over a week and had gentle sex in 10 days. I was pretty much good to go in 4-6 weeks. Hope yours is just as easy.
