Sorry Wolfpacker, looking at mine now and it don't look like that..but you do have easy access.

Mine also sits forward. If I understand there are two ways to install the pump - one is behind the testicles, the other is forward as they have to make a pouch for the pump to sit. My surgeon placed mine forward, and I have to say I agree with him. I have less of a chance of sitting on the pump this way - and considering it hangs slightly lower than the testies - that would be a concern in my case, plus its super easy to find.

As I ease into having this implant I'm all about making certain it works.

I will say mine is less noticible - maybe thicker skin...

Clavell said it's because i have a short crus. Eid and Cordon on the other hand told me, it doesn't matter, you can always hide it.

When i'll get a revision, i'll go with Cordon. It's a cosmetic issue, but it still bothers me.

I agree with what equusAz said though, skin thickness and thightness is a major factor here.

Hey wolf, Since you posted the AMS pump in between your jewels, would be really nice if you can post the AMS tree truck and compare it to the Titan

Wolfpacker, mine is prominent like yours, but it doesn't bother me and my wife has never said anything about it or complained about it. It is easy to access.

Interesting that you say that. From my research and the docs who I've spoken to: there are multiple things that can affect the tubing which can include length of the crus, scrotum size and the healing process. If there is a very short crus and the guy has a small scrotum, there is so much that a surgeon can trim in order to get the pump to fit in the scrotum. I spoke with a guy who said that everything was fine for the first few weeks and then the tubing went forward after he developed some swelling because he exercised too soon.

Did Clavell offer doing a revision? Many guys in this forum say they have good pump placement after their surgery.

Was Dr Eid's original placement any different from this? I recall someone else revised you.

Mine is also more prominent than I'd like. Surgeon told me to pull down on it often during healing, from the very first day. I think that pulled it too far down and forward. It usually rests with the pump head between my nuts, and the bulb hanging lower. It's very visible when my sack is warm and relaxed and not so much when balls are pulled up. I wish it were more hidden, but it's easy to access as others haves said. It's often very noticeable, but if anyone is looking hard enough from close enough, they better be really good friends.
