Implant + Peyronie's Surgery

During my surgery for an inflatable penile prosthesis, the surgeon extended my penoscrotal incision along the underside of my penis up to the glans. The extended incision was to allow the surgeon to do plication and modeling of the tunica to correct my Peyronie's curvature.

So I'm wondering if anyone here had similar surgery and if so how long did it take for you to heal after surgery? With all the stitches and scar tissue on the shaft of my penis, I'm concerned it could be months before I have a penis useable for sex. TIA

Had exactly the same procedure with Clavell. Just waited and followed his orders for 6 weeks. Never had an issue. I have posted pictures of my outcome. Very happy. Don't stress as it'll be fine!

Yeah almost carbon copies of each other. What was your before v after length/girth - did you lose length due to Peyronie's surgery?

Plication surgery ALWAYS results in loss of length. Amount is what varies. Believe what helped me is cycling and VED. I was cleared to use VED after six weeks with progressive pressure and with cylinders fully inflated. You should review menu material on VED usage as a lot of good information as well as warnings. Remember, we on this site are not doctors and only offer advice and comments on personal experiences. I wish I had the implant earlier. Good luck.

I had the same type of surgeries. I regained all my length within 3 months.
I did have swelling and pain around the glans until around the 3-4 months mark. I had to be patient, don't worry too much, it'll all heal eventually.
Now im 6 months out from surgery, I think I gained a little more length than pre op, and girth has also increased ever so slightly at this point.
