Currently I have to stay partially inflated for 2 weeks, it’s been a week since my surgery. I measure at 5 inches flat with my implant slightly inflated.

In 2018 I remember being around 6 1/2 to 7 inches. I’m not very thick, so I always took pride in my length.

For reference:
I have a 20 CM Titan One Touch with 1CM of RTE’s.

Do you guys think I’ll be able to get some of that length back ? Any girth gained from these implants ?

I lost some length with my titan. You may have some swelling right now which would make your penis appear shorter until the swelling goes down. You also will probably gain back .5 inches with cycling the implant. My guess is you will be 6” in the end.

How much girth did you have before the implant?

If you measure around both fully inflated cylinders together (not counting your spongiosum/bottom shaft) you will get a measurement of 5.1”. Add in your spongiosum and you will hit 5.5” easily. This all depends on if your tunica alba (the sheath where your cylinders are) can expand enough.

Yes a cock ring would help with that. Personally I do not use one and my ex said that she could not fell the implant tips during sex.

I went from post op prostrate loss to have severe ED for 3 years where only 1.5 to 2 inches showed. 2 years in Coloplast Titan I am 6L 6G. Takes time to heal and grow. I'm very happy. Feels like my original.

If you really don't know then yes, you're a few weeks out of surgery so the chances of the size of your penis currently being smaller than you hoped is...wait for it...100%!!!!

Everyone shrinks after surgery. I was down over 2 inches. And when I saw that I was shocked. Because, just like you, I didn't know any better and expected it to be my full length instantly. So, I'm not making fun of you since this literally happened to me, but you can rest assured that as long as you are decently consistent with your exercises, cycling, VED use, Perito's THE exercise, you are expected to get your size back and possibly more, especially with the AMS 700 LGX. You got the Titan and I know there's research showing length gains but I don't know if there's much data on that to have a clear expectation.

I’m a little over 24 hrs post-op and just measured for the first time. I’m at 6” and I was 6.3” pre op. I’m hoping to get back and maybe even be a bit bigger than pre-op according to my doc. Girth pre-op I was just under 6.5” but can’t measure that as I’m at ~70% inflation.

He used to measure at 7" or 6.5" and you felt qualified to make the prediction his final size post recovery will be 6"?

He should gain back a lot more than .5" from cycling, and I'm clueless where you're getting your data there to make these claims.

If OP used a VED before implant he treated or healed fibrosis caused by ED, and that allowed the surgeon to insert a size that best meets his real, natural erecriom just like when he was a horny 22 year old with a 7" dick.

Evidence exists that consistent VED use with a Titan gains even more length.

Please don't share your belief that men will lose size. Mountains of medical research prove you wrong. Smaller hills of anecdotal proof that prove you wrong are becoming larger ones. You're scaring men from implants when the correct view is the opposite.

You will definitely gain size with cycling. I remember just after my surgery I felt like crying.
