Isn't the biggest advantage of an implant the following: You can have sex with all women if you want to, even if they are not a 10/10?

For me with moderate ED, everything has to be right for sex to “work”: Right medication with PDE 5, super-hot woman (lots of dopamine), or special intimacy. It's just not always possible.
