How bad is it that I've started masturbating after just 3 weeks post-op.

50% inflated and I'm very gentle. Early 30s. Been ejaculating just fine, etc. Between now and a week ago I've masturbated about 5 times. My first post-op appointment is this Friday. I've also been weightlifting but only giving about 70%. I'll be disclosing this information.
Everything looks ok down there. Swelling is 90% gone and pain is largely gone as well. The masturbating feels good.

Congrats and welcome to the bionic brothers!
I've also started, even some oral Sex after 3 weeks, if there is no pain or other issue, it's fine, just don't overdo it and keep it gentle.

Take a look at this video by Dr. Clavell. (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOe0iH0AWNg). He aims to have his pts resume sexual activity 2 and 1/2 to 3 weeks after surgery. Pts who have had the infrapubic approach (which he uses) generally can resume sex a couple weeks sooner than with the penoscrotal approach. If you had the infrapubic approach, I don't think there's anything to worry about. I don't know what the risks might be of sexual activity too soon with the penoscrotal approach, but if you didn't use a lot of force and you're not noticing an increase in pain, bruising, or swelling, you're probably ok.

Thank you for the responses! Yes I'm AMS 700 CX and it was infrapubic so this is encouraging to hear

I gently masturbated at just less than two weeks and had sex at 3 weeks although it was a little uncomfortable it felt great!! Almost 3 years now and going strong. I was also infrapubic

Personally, I would worry more about weight lifting than masterbating or sex so early. Be careful with your core that you don’t displace the reservoir by lifting too much.

Lucky to have no issues and very little pain. Not sure if masturbating that soon is good or bad, but I know it has to feel good.
My pain was too bad until almost 6 weeks before I was able to get off the first time.

you started weight lifting only after three weeks? Was that with the doctors go ahead?
How is everything else going?
