Cylinder tips are 7/8 into my glans (erosion)

IDK looks like I might be fucked. I allready had a revision to correct erosion 3 years ago. They switched out the 26cm cylinders with 24cm cylinders and added in some dead bovine tissue where the erosion happend. Well now the tips are super far in and theres not much skin left at the tips. Feeling fucked IDK how im gonna continue on. IDK how more erosion happened after down sizing cylinders.

Following suggestions:

- Maybe a sensible approach would be to get a AMS LGX or even better a Rigicon AX infla (rounder tips), slightly undersized. With the length expansion of these, the tips would be much more out of the glans in the deflated sate.

- Extracapsular tunneling technique (New tunnel in your corpora to fit the cylinders), commonly used to fix impending erosion

- Mild VED use to expand your dick and pull the glans away form the tips a bit

- Filler to cushion the glans from the tips (Eid offers that)

Just my non-medical opinion on what could be done.

I know it's a scary situatuion, but fixable for sure. Don't hesitate and go check it with a skilled surgeon.

my god, dead bovine tissue, never heard of this... I don't know they can put dead tissue inside your body that would be super high risk of infection?


BTW the suggestion of the LGX might be very correct, in the deflated state they shrink so most of the time you will not have any pressure on your tissue

I feel like I have the same, my tips are also super far in and uncomfortable. Who did the first revision with the bovine tissue? I've seen Dr Perito talk about a technique called distal corporoplasty where I believe he repairs the corpora end by folding the capsule in half and stitching it shut.

Dr Eid for the original implant surgery and him again for the revision. I trust him but idk what’s going on. Maybe something with my anatomy or maybe I pump it up too much idk. I do get a lot of auto inflation. The distal corporoplasty looks like it might involve some degloving? I got silicone injections so I’m worried it will complicate a revision.

Do you like the CX more? Did you ever get any filler injections?

It's not as thick and strong as the Titan but I do like it more because it feels more natural. The titan twisted up flacid state was starting to feel disturbing to touch

When I was worried about my tips being too far up in my glans I stopped adding pumps or partial pumps after waiting 5-10 minutes. Instead I would grab my glans and pull them away from me and the distal tips of the cylinder tips. And when I deflated I would also make sure I pulled the glans away from the cylinder tips. This needs to be do all the time and for weeks to permit the tissue to heal inside the glans and to stretch the tissue in the rest of the penis to gain a bit of length. Does not cost anything other than time.

On March 4th I will do a replacement from titan to cx for this very reason, I don't know what an extrusion is like, I know that my tips are very far forward in the glans and they hurt, why do you say you have an extrusion, do you feel it or see it? It's been hurting me since day one, I hope it can be resolved with replacement, I wouldn't want the tips of the cx to also end up at the end of the glans, since the space is my capula has already formed at the end of the glans, I often read in your post IDK, what does it mean IDK
