I’ve ridden a saddle with a split for a number of years of years now. I actually tried a couple of new saddles when I first got back on the bike but ended up going back to the one I was riding prior to surgery.
Same for me Lenders, I have two road bikes and I have two different saddles, both have splits to take the pressure off the perineum during long rides.
This is one of the saddles I use, the PL1.1 40. It has good cushioning and is comfortable for long rides.

Even with good saddles, you will get some soreness after long rides. It takes saddle time to get past the soreness, but if you have something that isn't going away with more saddle time, you could still have a problem with your bike fit.
I'm starting to get back to longer rides after having had a head sinus cold for three weeks and then I did a pre-cancer skin treatment for two weeks, so I'm trying to get past the soreness too after being off the bike so long.
I think you'll do fine with your implant, just listen to your body and see what it feels like when you start riding.
