Might as well share that back in March 2022 crazyjoe posted this about Perito's THE exercise and that was the first many of us had heard about it:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18843I did it aggressively and got used to it. A lot of men wanted to see proof of it. I figured I might as well for the educational value (only partially me showing off

).
Here's the conversation:

Not seeing how this is possible and can't find any videos online if someone doing it (not perito with just the cylinders in his hand, I get that). Anyone have or willing to make a video for the forum of this being done?

I would like to see the same. I think I am being aggressive with the exercise but I bet I am not bending hard enough.

Seems only fair. I’m the one who keeps talking about it so figured I might as well record it today, especially if it helps anyone. 27 seconds of Perito’s THE Exercise:
https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/b49zcamzamy.mp4Full details: it’s my belief based on reasonable amounts of evidence that VED exercises, Perito’s THE Exercise, and other efforts are worth it because implants are more than reliable enough and the rewards of regaining/gaining more size and getting your full use out of the implant makes it necessary. Note it is possible for me to bend so much that it activates the bypass valve or something. Meaning to ask my patient liaison about that.
Final disclaimer: Remember I’m still an idiot with a brain injury, so if my advice breaks anything, it’s not my fault.
